Dorset County Council will be resurfacing and there will be road closures on the A30 between the Coldharbour Roundabout through to the traffic lights on the Bristol Road junction between 9am and 4pm each working day.  There will be diversions in place so please allow plenty of time to get to your appointment.

Welcome to Newland Medical Practice


The flu vaccination is available each year on the NHS to help protect adults and children at risk of flu and its complications.

This year there are three different vaccines: one for those under 65, one for those over 65 by 31st March next year and a nasal spray for children between 2-18.

We have flu clinics available throughout the coming weeks. Please call reception to check your eligibility and book an appointment.

We are very pleased that 100% of our staff have been vaccinated.

Our surgery has suitable access for disabled patients, and all patient areas including waiting rooms, consulting rooms and toilets have wheelchair access. A wheelchair is available at reception. Designated disabled parking spaces are located nearest to the entrance to the surgery.
